What happens if my magnet arrives faulty or stops working?
Every magnet is checked before it leaves our warehouse, but electronics can occasionally have issues, and we don't expect you to just live with it if something's not right. If your magnet arrives faulty, doesn't charge properly, or stops working within the warranty period, get in touch with our support team with your order number and a quick description of the problem. We'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for you, no lengthy back and forth, no fuss. Your support for the team shouldn't come with a hassle attached.
